This is not Thunderbird its lightning doing this and we dont support .8
yet not until Hardy+1. I will work on getting 0.8 in Hardy as a
badckport once ive built it and tested it for Hardy+1 . I will start on
this in may-june.

Reading email doesn't work anymore in this case.
I've found out that preventing TB from checking email accounts at launch
prevented this problem. I can log in and read emails after that.
