upcoming Intrepid Ibex 8.10 release. As a result, the kernel team would

I have a LG R405 (model: R405-A.CP02A9)
The hpet=disable doens't fix anything. If i turn 3D off, it doesn't
crash, I only lose sound when I get back (that's another bug already in
the bug system).
Could that be a bug in the flgrx driver?

Can you tell us the model of your computer?
I have a samsung r20 (very similar components to the description given

I've changed my settings so it doesn't close the screen anymore when i close
the lid of my laptop and it doesn't crash anymore, so that's where the bug is.
