Ubuntu 8.10?
Upstream claims they can't reproduce it and I can't reproduce it any
longer on Ubuntu 8.10 either.

Binary package hint: openoffice.org
Creating a new document on the attached template (.ott) and saving it in
RTF results in OO Writer showing an empty page when re-opening the RTF-
file. Word (on another machine) can open and show the same file.
