That "~sru.4" suffix should have been removed before upload.
For Plucky, debdiff is in comment #16, and the version string should
still be "1:0~94.13342-git452193f7-0ubuntu1~25.04.1", without that
"~sru.4". Ubuntu archive should have the orig tarball for core94 now,
but it's also uploaded to same

Reviewing the questing upload, I'd like to know how you generated the
upstream tarball. Please document that in debian/README.source and
optimally include a script to automatically generate the tarball.

In backport-iwlwifi core91 release 5561658ab0900 ("Merge remote-tracking
branch 'auto/master'") added support to `eth_hw_addr_set` till
v4.19.291. But while the upstream backport-iwlwifi doesn't have a
runtime configure system that we introduced in bug 2095138, it breaks
builds between [v4.19.255,
backport-iwlwifi commit 3e65a6115a505 ("wifi: iwlwifi: implement product
reset for TOP errors") added reference to pci_err/pci_info that breaks
builds against 4.15.18-041518-generic, because v4.16-rc1 commit
7506dc7989933 ("PCI: Add wrappers for dev_printk()") was only backported
to v4.14.

API") was backported to v5.4.291 recently, and this breaks the build
