This was a fast path promotion based on "it is the same but renamed", yet I do
not remember well.
Was this one of the cases that we should enqueue for re-review?

I have added these as affected on the bug (along with the update-excuse
tag) so we can track the packages affected by this accordingly. M
I was chasing this a bit further down ... just to ensure this really is where
it needs to be.
It was not concurrent access, it seems to be confusion by the tools.
I've seen lines like:

I'm removing the nautilus & tracker-extract tasks since they make it
more confusing for the MIR team to follow. tinysparql will be promoted

Thank you for kicking off the paperwork according to [1],
at the same time these are not meant to stall and we are ok to already promote
it on the base that it is the same as before - yet on our radar due to the
rename.
The old source and its binaries are currently like this:

I believe this is a false positive. The devhelp app is able to load the
documentation automatically. The docs are generated by the newer
