Yes, I can confirm that the hid_magicmouse driver in the
6.12.0-15-generic kernel in plucky successfully attaches to the USB-C
Magic Trackpad and all the gestures work normally. But, I am
specifically asking for this support to be backported to a kernel
available in 24.04 LTS, because I n

Plucky. Any chance you could give that kernel a try to see if it enables
the trackpad for you?
