Accepted open-iscsi into oracular-proposed. The package will build now
and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/open-
iscsi/2.1.10-1ubuntu1.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.
Please help us by testing this new package.

- The patches maintain ABI
- DEP3 tags are in place for what counts.
- Builds on F,J,N,O with both -updates and -proposed on all arches.
- Autopkgtests pass on F, J, N. They fail on O due to bug 2095584, just like
