It seems to be the typical, "we want to have latest glibc - but moving glibc
last minute breaks a lot" situation :-/
It is fair and this is no complaint, it came in before feature freeze this time
which I appreciate.

Breakage is in the qemu-user builds (so retrying one has to wait through
a few others).

FYI - while it worked in the prep in the PPA but a day later everyone
might have push everything last minute before feature freeze and thereby
the actual archive upload got broken. Need to look into that ...

Not yet released in Debian as it came after debian/1%9.2.0+ds-5, but can be
cherry picked into Plucky.
The change seems reasonable and easy
We'll look for assigning someone next Wed (one day before feature freeze).
Just to ensure other things that pile up can be done in one go instead of
uploads
