As discussed in the MIR meeting today, the upstream project is being
deprecated, however it'll keep receiving maintenance releases :
"Warning: LibSass is deprecated. While it will continue to receive
maintenance releases indefinitely, there are no plans to add additional
features or compatibility

Yes it will - this is a swap out and the only reverse-depends in main come
