I figured out that my suggestion #4 (change arch:arm64 -> arch:all). The
package does not ship arch-dependent files, but it carries an arch-
dependent chain of dependencies, which leads to "unsatisfiable
dependency" issues during migration:

There shouldn't be one. It is pulled in by ubuntu-drivers via modalias,
