Debian has adopted php8.4 for trixie, and that has already sync'd in for plucky, so php8.3 should be on its way out. Our transition is still in planning, so maybe it should remain open for now, however I'm unsure if it should be considered 'server-todo' right now. https://ubuntu-archive- team.ubu
