The packet in proposed builds, installs and loads correctly on both GA
and HWE kernel.

$ sudo apt install -t noble-proposed rapiddisk-dkms
$ dkms status
rapiddisk-dkms/9.1.0, 6.8.0-51-generic, x86_64: installed
$ sudo modprobe rapiddisk
$ lsmod | grep rapiddisk
rapiddisk 20480 0

is a clean backport of the Oracular package.
The dkms has been tested both on linux-6.8 (to spot possible regressions) and
