10.
There are fastboot and other considerations like safeboo

turning off Bluetooth nor turning off WiFi before suspending worked for
me. That is, my laptop would still not resume after suspend.
Both my Bluetooth and wireless modules are made by Intel. Specifically,
`hciconfig -a | grep
possibly the same as https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=219514
@dloose what does hciconfig -a | grep Manufacturer output on your
machine?

A new observation: turning off bluetooth fixes the issue for me and
waking up from suspend works fine. With bluetooth enabled I consistently
encounter this bug, though.

I'm having the exact same issue after upgrading to the 6.11 kernel
(suspending works fine but on wake up: fans spin up, keyboard LEDs turn
on, screen stays black, no messages in the journal, machine doesn't
appear in the network).
Hardware information: Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 1, AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 47
Are you sure it's kernel? Or that's just a first guess? This could
easily be the systemd bugs.
