I also checked all other architectures, because -fno-omit-frame-pointer
shouldn't be added to all, and it's correct. armhf, s390x and ppc64el do
NOT have it, and the rest does.

Accepted update-notifier into noble-proposed. The package will build now
and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/update-
notifier/3.192.68.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.
