it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with
the latest development release of Ubuntu? (
If hibernate works with the open source nv driver then there is a good
chance this is a dup of Bug #34043 (as mentioned on
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/NvidiaLaptopBinaryDriverSuspend ).

Hibernate/resume support with nvidia gpus and the nvidia binary drivers
is rather touchy. Sadly, the workaround described for Suspend2 will
only work when using suspend2 (aka tuxonice), and Ubuntu does not ship a
kernel with the tuxonice patches. I would be interested in taking a
look at your /va
