@mschiu77 I found a machine that started seeing this failure on the new
6.8.0-50.51~22.04.1 hwe jammy kernel. Even though it was fine before.

seeing are due to the Checkbox issue that Omar has cited (i.e. detecting
older failures in the journal).

I've discussed this with @boukeas and we think it could be an old issue
and not related to this kernel as described in
https://github.com/canonical/checkbox/issues/1461. So we'd like some
time to first confirm it properly ourselves.

I tested machines in hand which has AX211 just like machines mentioned
in comment. I can't see the same error message.
I tested on HP ProBook 440 and Dell Vostro 3420
