Hi I am also experiencing this issue and everything Kevin Moerman
(kevin-moerman) said as well. I attached my journal and prevjournal
files. On a Dell Precision 7560.

I have the same bug on two different Dell systems running Ubuntu 24.04.2
LTS. After starting up I may notice Firefox or other apps are slow to
