So the negative points here are that the bug is completely not following
proper SRU procedure, but given that a test rebuild was done with the
update, and that the archive has been building packages with these
compilers for 6 months now, I don't see why we should not release them

the second upload of gcc-12-cross-mipsen fixes the uninstallability
issues on arm64 and ppc64el, packages are now ready.
