Did the Ubuntu driver utility suggest installing 470 or did you do it yourself?
In other words, please paste/attach output of:
ubuntu-drivers list
Unless the package is listing 10de:0f02 in the modaliases, then I don't
see how this is a bug with nvidia-470 package.

I can confirm, that the 470 driver does not work with GT 730, it falls back to
VESA VGA with 1024x768.
The nouveau driver works with the kernel 6.5.0-41-generic, selected from grub
menu.
With the actual kernel 6.8.0 the nouveau driver shows up only a black sc
