Thank you for your time to review the package.
Yes the package is intended for users to configure QOS values for FPGA
and can be used independently. I will create a PR for man page and
update the package accordingly.

One thing to wonder: These packages are very very small, they seem to
follow a common release schedule, maybe it would make more sense to
bundle them together in one package, with multiple orig tarballs, it's
quite some overhead to package individual tiny programs like that.

ship a /usr/bin/axi-qos as well?
- Is this actually intended for users? Programs not intended for users
should be shipped in /usr/libexec, whereas programs for users optimally
have a manual pag
