I tested with many high-end HDMI 2.1 cables for 8K at 60Hz to transmit
4K video. Bandwidth limitation shouldn't be an issue.

To be honest, I'm not entirely sure if pm-utils is causing the problem.
It's possible that the issue is in the kernel, but I've checked several
