Since they are new upstream versions, and are already going through the
SRU process, I'll wait until they are verified-done, and I will do a no-
change rebuild of them into the -security pocket.

What do to about SRUs for mantic and noble?
7.6.7 for mantic is waiting in the unapproved queue and therefore could
be repacked as security update.
24.2.3 for noble is already built and ready and should go through SRU
process.
