I had this issue on 24.04 with 535 driver and RTX3000 Ada Generation. I've added the options described by Jurgen in post #8 and so far it looks like I'm now able to suspend/resume as well. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubunt

I tried like said in #8 and I had no failure since I set those options (4 consecutive days). So this workaround seems to work for me too. Thank you. Note: the nvidia-suspend, nvidia-resume and nvidia-hibernate services shall not be disabled in order to make it work. -- You received this bug not

I posted back too soon. The problem has just surfaced again. When I tried to resume my system just now, the screen would not turn on again. As pointed out before, the mouse/keyboard appear to be dead when that happens. The CPU fans also run full speed and do not stop until I reboot. Could this "re

OK, this looks (for now) fixed. I have gone back to 535 and now resume is working again. What has made the difference, I guess, is that installing 535 has restored /lib/systemd/system-sleep/nvidia. Deleting that file used to be part of the procedure to disable the systemd suspend/resume mechanism
