I can confirm this problem also on Ubuntu Jammy, systemd-resolved from
systemd 249.11-0ubuntu3.12.
I had mails queued to cluster5.eu.messagelabs.com:25 in my queues for
hours.
Local stub-resolver failed with SERVFAIL:
