Yes.
The first time I launched Snapshot after restarting that service, it
crashed.
The second time, it worked fine and detected the camera:
$ snapshot

Probably a duplicate of bug 2061687, given the empty pw-dump output.
Does systemctl --user restart wireplumber.service fix it for the
remainder of the login session?
