Its too late anyway for inclusion into main due to feature freeze/beta.
Maybe we will include it in the next kubuntu.

What's the rationale for this? This package sounds easy enough to not
need a full MIR wiki page, but please provide at least some data about
rationale, QA, and maintenance in Debian/Ubuntu/Upstream.
