The Ubuntu Kernel Team is planning to move to the 2.6.27 kernel for the
upcoming Intrepid Ibex 8.10 release. As a result, the kernel team would
appreciate it if you could please test this newer 2.6.27 Ubuntu kernel.

I'm not entirely convinced this is a bug with the kernel. It seems to
me that when you cancel the exit, the shorcut key bindings are somehow
being modified to reboot the system rather than restart X.

Please attach your /var/log/Xorg.0.log from right before one of these
reboots.
Also, I'm wondering if it is a kernel issue (Xorg issues generally don't
cause system reboots).
