Hi,
I think I failed to state the problem well enough.
I am going to re-open the bug because of this.
I will only do so once though, so if you still disagree
please close it again.
There is a user selected, it is the root user. The delete
button does become enabled, but the properties button
does
As an user is not selected, the Properties button is disabled.
