Ok, now syncropated works in Intrepid - got the update from -proposed.
However it fails to recognize removable devices :(
*And* in Jaunty it crashes with my 16K+ songs in Rhythmbox.
/me files or looks up a bug for those issues.
Thanks a lot, so fixed in Intrepid as far as I am concerned.

I'd like to nominate this for a Stable Release Update for Intrepid.
This bug impacts an application that provides important syncronization
services for several devices.
After a quick chat on IRC, Daniel suggested he could probable provide a
minimal patch applicable to the Intrepid version of this

I looked into this a bit today. This is happening because the package
hasn't been updated to a newer DBUS API. The version in Intrepid is
0.2.0-0ubuntu4. The newest upstream version is also 0.2.0 and was last
released in 2006.
I'm not interested in maintaining it upstream (or in Ubuntu) and perhap
