I am not sure what you mean by "What Dialog".
#199582 : This bug seems to me doing some manually setting that I am not
doing with this bug. So not sure if it is the same. Mine is purely using the
preset locations like Stillwater or Wichita I am getting the wrong time
zones.

What dialog do you use? If that's the clock applet there is several
similar bugs about it already

I don't think time-admin has it's own database for the time zones. I'd
say it takes the data from tzdata, so I'm reassigning to it.
Please let me know if I'm wrong.
