This problem disappeared for me when I upgraded my kernel from
5.15.0-22-generic to 5.15.0-23-generic.

Text-mode console is unavailable i
This is so weird. I removed "quiet splash" and added nomodeset but still
this Jammy install shows no text boot-up messages, it also takes 2 minutes to
boot up and I am unable to see what the cause is.
Other than this issue Jammy works fine on my machine.
