* debian/control: Recommend xdg-desktop-portal-* installation.

* debian/patches/0003-Bump-version-to-10.2.patch: Force version string
to be 0.10.
Also tested this bug on ubuntu 22.04 development branch
by default apt policy says xdg-desktop-portal-gnome is not installed
neither here
i can reproduce what Jonathan described

automatically, but I don't know why your system did not have it
