that they were not build with -proposed enabled, and the fixed package
was only available in -proposed. Maybe something changed in how or which

I tested the daily second daily build (20220119.1) of the Ubuntu Live
Server image on an amd64 virtual machine and subiquity started without
any issue. Additionally, /snap/core20/ is populated. So I think this
change is fine to land in -updates.

rootfs/2.664.36 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
