I ran locate libflashsupport.so and it didn't find anything.

this issue still occurs with firefox-3.0b5 it happened while trying to
view youtube videos and try to get on the disney channel website.
there was no crash documents in /var/crash/

please submit the crash report by (double) clicking on it (e.g. using
gnome file manager). Otherwise, we won't be able to process it
efficiently. The .crash files can be found in the /var/crash directory.
