Dear Daniel, I tried your recommendations, turned off various devices but
there was no effect. After that I downgraded the kernel version to 5.4,
there was no effect, then I installed the 5.12 kernel, there was no effect.
A day passed, I turned on the computer, and the system began to work
normally
Thanks a lot, I will try you recomendation

Great, thanks. That shows one CPU core is busy with "software
interrupts". And both Xorg and top are very busy...
I would guess most likely it's a faulty peripheral
(mouse/keyboard/wireless receiver) that's causing an event flood, so try
removing all of them and reintroducing them one at a time.
My steps:
1.Remove Slack
2.Reboot System
3.Launch terminal and command top
4.Launch command journalctl

If that's true then please also attach a screenshot of the full 'top'
window including the '%Cpu(s)' line.
Also, while the problem is happening and after you have uninstalled
Slack, please run this command again:
journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
and attach the resulting text file here.

Unfortunately, these recommendations did not help, and this high CPU is all
the time from the start of the operating system boot, that is, it is
always. Even when no application is running

Please try each of these separately:
* Running 'top -d 60' until you see the high CPU referenced in comment
#7.
* Uninstalling/disabling Slack.
* Logging into 'Ubuntu on Wayland', you can select it on the login
screen using the icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen just
before you

Yes that CPU usage looks too high for an idle system, although probably
not so high as to explain this bug. Please try:
top -d 60
to get the 60-second average of CPU usage. Run it for several minutes
and tell us which process bubbles to the top.
Please also run:
journalctl -b0 > newjournal
Daniel, maybe this information will be useful for you, one core of my
processor is always loaded more than others, and so on for 5 days.
Unfortunately, I can't see which process loads exactly one core.

OK, please edit /etc/default/grub and change:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
to:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash i915.enable_psr=0"
and then run:
sudo update-grub
and reboot.
Does that fix the problem?

Dear Daniel, there may be an incorrect translation. I mean, the system
freezes when I work in programs, the response is long, even the mouse
pointer moves slowly. The system almost always works quickly and well, but
now after the upgrade, it has been working slowly for 5 days.[image:

Has the system always been slow since you installed it 298 days ago, or
did the problem start recently?
