This was filed as a new bug, because other bugs concerning gnome-mount /
gnome-volume-manager and luks encrypted volumes showed up a dialog to open the
volumes.
This does not happen here.

I think I can confirm this issue as well, I insert the luks encrypted
volume and it doesn't seem to be detected. I can mount the volume
manually via cryptmount but gnome-volume-manager does not seem to detec

The fix hit Ubuntu and fixed a large part of the problem, I now receive
