But I dont see a new neutron package to upgrade when wallaby-proposed is
enabled.

Terry, while I'd love it if Neutron had completed the migration to using
OVN services and database for everything as a replacement for the AMQP
RPC and agent infrastructure, the reality is that this is not (yet) the

I'm a little confused because I was under the impression that ml2/ovn
doesn't actually use RPC workers for anything. What is happening that
RPC requests end up calling into ml2/ovn code?

workers.
