scripts don't get called when waking up from hibernation. Although
hibernating itself does work when using the kde3 hibernation.
and the pm-*, they should be working on a kubuntu machine?

For me, the hibernate function in the logout dialog do nothing, but
pm-hibernate (from a virtual console) does work.
