I updated the firmware for this card from the 00157 to the 00288 version of
firmware:

and it seems to have fixed it but still I get:

I am on 21.04 (Linux XPS-13-9360 5.11.0-41-generic #45-Ubuntu SMP Fri
Nov 5 11:37:01 UTC 2021 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux) and this is an
issue for me. I have to re-connect to my AP to get connected again.
My wireless card is: Qualcomm Atheros QCA6174 802.11ac Wireless Network
Adapter (rev 32)
