I'm a bit surprised that this request requires a FF exception. It was
requested way before FF. unfortunately, it wasn't processed fast enough,
so it got updated by Romain before. Well, I understand that the request
for the new version came 2 days after feature freeze, so I attached the
changelogs
In this case I think so. Particularly since unlike in the past the
released emacs version is actually recent.
