"121" implies it's not something you own, and wasn't from an actual
login. Maybe it's from the login screen itself. Regardless, you can fix
that with:
sudo chown $USER /var/crash/_usr_lib_xorg_Xorg.121.crash
or
sudo ubuntu-bug /var/crash/_usr_lib_xorg_Xorg.121.crash
