Hi Daniel,
that did the trick. Upgrade worked for the most part. One amateur radio
lib is still acting up, but that seems a minor issue, as the system has
been upgraded successfully and seems running smoothly so far.

Try removing gnuradio and gnuradio-dev packages, and then retry the
upgrade. gnuradio seems to be causing a lot of upgrade issues.
