Et puis purge (completely remove) le paquet.

I already tested (sudo aptitude purges nspluginwrapper), I same removed all the
files and files with the hand (find/- name "nspluginwrapper" - delete)
But it does not want to setup.

Try completely removing nspluginwrapper first
sudo apt-get remove --purge nspluginwrapper
and then install the package (not my package, the credit goes
elsewhere).
