So there is indeed a problem with your install media. Please verify your
.iso file as in previous comment, and reload it onto USB. Let us know if
you continue to experience problems.

I'd suspect a problem with the .iso file or something went wrong when writing
to USB. If you downloaded the .iso manually (not using a torrent), then make
sure you check the sha256 sum
