konq-plugins in Intrepid have been updated for KDE4.
In Hardy, konq-plugins-kde4 has been made available in the Hardy PPA.

I guess I'm a bit confused as to why out of everything, they forget
plugins Lol, sigh. So does this mean basically we wait for a new
version to be released with the update or is there anything I can do in
the mean time to get version 4.0.3 of konqueror to recognize the flash
plugin I have ins

I know the shortcuts like gg or wp and they are very usefull, but they are not
visible for new users and the absense from a feature which today every browser
has, may connote konqi as a poor browser.
Actually, at the moment I'n not really sure if the plugins are already ported.

I am not aware of any KDE 4 Konqueror plugins in just yet, but I do have
something you might like instead of the search bar. When the plugins are
made available, they will be packaged within the main kde4base package
so they will have no choice but to be included, which is a good thing :)
