This is still not working even after removing all ppa except the
official Ubuntu ones and two that I cannot remove for unknown reasons.

I removed postgresql-10-pgrouting, still failed, then I removed
postgresql-12-postgis-2.4 and then postgresql-12-postgis-2.5 and it
finally worked
