Gnome-terminal and Konsole do not use respectively "OnlyShowIn=GNOME;" and
"OnlyShowIn=KDE;", so there's no reason to add "OnlyShowIn=XFCE" to
xfce4-terminal for the moment.
Besides, people are able to set their preferred terminal using the alternatives
system, with "x-terminal-emulator" (and in
I don't know many applications that use this, I know that Thunar,
mousepad do not, but that config utilities (mcs-manager/plugins, xfwm4
config .desktop files) do. I think it makes sense to show applications
that are "cross-environment".

enough to enable it in the menu themselves? Furthermore, wouldn't this

Yep, we need to do something for this, but I'm not sure OnlyShowIn=XFCE;
is the correct solution as this would make it almost unusable for people
installing it on other environments and wanting to use it.

I have installed both Gnome and Xfce on this system, and there are two
"terminal" menu items in Applications->Accessories. It looks like a
mistake - the only difference is that they use slightly different icons.
So this is something I need to fix whenever setting up a machine with
this configuratio

if someone wants to use Xfce4 Terminal in Gnome because he doesn't like
Gnome Terminal or just prefers Xfce4 Terminal.
