I would suggest that the apt output should include mention of zsys
(perhaps just prepended), so at a high level it is clear to the user
/why/ the GRUB menu is being updated.

True that we can craft a better message or maybe prepend another one
just before the Updating GRUB menu (which will be reused in diverse part
of the stack).
Maybe something like:
INFO Taking into account the new system snapshot
INFO Updating GRUB menu
would work? any suggestion appreciated
