Bryce: I looked at the new package upload for xkeyboard-config
(1.1~cvs.20080104.1-1ubuntu4)
and noticed that the two new diffs aren't at the end of debian/patch/series and
aren't being applied.

The package seems to install fine and base.xml still validates as xml.
