system hang: i915 Resetting rcs0 for hang on rcs0

Fresh focal daily install from yesterday. Using Gnome desktop. System
started getting sluggish and gnome/X started having unusual graphics
glitches until it finally hung. Laptop was working fine for ~24 hours
and was getting moderate usage at time of crash.
